Hello, and welcome! Meet your Gem Staging and Interiors owner, certified home stager, and Principal Design Coordinator...Gretchen Sepull! Not only does she love creating dynamic beautiful spaces, she is also a Mom, wife, and active member of her local community.

Aiming for exceptional redesign and preparing homes to sell, is Gretchen's favorite aspect of Real Estate! Due to the fact that she has worked in the world of real estate, she understands a Realtor’s perspective, the demands of the market, and what is required to help clients get their homes photo and market ready! It is Gem's hope that agents, clients, and builders in the DFW Metroplex will continue to trust and choose them as they work to establish themselves as a leader in the industry. They would love for you to also experience their proven staging methods and strategies.
Credentials include board membership and active participation in RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) Dallas Chapter, a Realtor certification in marketing and staging, and an HSR professional certification in home staging and redesign.

Gretchen's roots in Home Staging can be traced back to her lifelong interest in art, decorating, and inspiring interiors. She decided to combine her love of design and decorating with her degree in Marketing and Communications by launching her own business. Gretchen worked as a Realtor for nearly 5 years. During this time, she staged her own listings. Eventually she collaborated with other agents in her brokerage to stage and restyle their listings as well. Gretchen soon realized her passion for creating beautiful, market ready spaces should be her top priority. With this dream, she and her past partner officially launched Gem Staging and Interiors. Thanks to the hard work of their amazing team, Gem Staging and Interiors has experienced tremendous growth, and built an extensive inventory and client base, for which they are extremely grateful!
